Leading veterinary group created to accelerate market consolidation involving veterinarians as key shareholders.
In 2020, with the support of Careventures and Unexo, French entrepreneurial veterinarians launched project Qovetia, with the ambition to quickly become the first French network of veterinary clinics with a European ambition.
Qovetia stands out for the central role played by veterinarians – both in construction of the project and in the management of the clinics and the group – and for the originality of its financing: the veterinarians are collectively the group’s main investors, alongside Careventures and Crédit Agricole (via its subsidiary Unexo).
Qovetia involves veterinarians in an ambitious and motivating entrepreneurial project, built around common shared values: quality of care, brotherhood, search for efficiency, while respecting the autonomy of the teams.
To support its fast-growing nature, Careventures continues to bring its in-depth knowledge of buy-and-build projects and management of medical groups.
