Qovetia strengthens its management team with CEO and CFO appointment

Qovetia has lately strengthened its management team with the appointment of two C-level executives, Grégoire Potel as CFO in November 2020 and Jean-Mattieu Cottin as CEO in April 2021.

Jean-Matthieu Cottin has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, holding executive positions for large and expanding companies.

Until 2016 he was the CEO of Groupe Sinoué, a leading psychiatric and geriatric group, driving its growth plan to become the leader in France and expand the company’s presence to the UK. Additionally, he has been an advisor and board member to various companies in the technology and healthcare area, as well as interim in senior positions for health services businesses. Prior to joining Qovetia, Jean-Matthieu Cottin was a Senior Advisor in the healthcare division of the consulting firm Candesic, providing advisory services for health-related transactions.

Mr. Cottin holds an MBA from Saïd Business School by the University of Oxford, and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School.

Grégoire Potel brings more than 15 years of experience, working in financial departments or financial advisory in France.

After working as a controller and an auditor, Grégoire Potel joined the French consulting firm Accuracy in 2008, being promoted years after to Director and providing advice to company management and shareholders for their strategic or critical financial decisions. From 2019 up to his incorporation to the Qovetia team, he was the CFO of InnovaFeed, a biotechnology company developing insect-breeding and processing processes.

Grégoire Potel holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, and graduated from the Classes préparatoires of the Collège Stanislas Paris.
